Nag Genie is a Digital Download website which does not require physical product or service unless otherwise requested. By providing our product in a digital format this allows us to keep cost low for the customer and Nag Genie.

Every product or services on the Nag Genie website is a Digital Download and Digital Services.  These products and services are not intended to be physical products. And Nag Genie is under no obligation to deliver these product as such upon purchase. Unless otherwise specified by the customer.

There will be two forms of Products and Services which will be initially in the form of Digital Services.

These products and services are intended to be transparent in the form of how they are delivered which is via email or downloaded products or services.

What are Product and Services according to Nag Genie standards?

In the term of Nag Genie, our products are digital products. Products are not intended to be physical products. However, are Digital Products. These products are delivered in the following methods, which is in two forms: Digitally Downloaded or email downloaded. Unless, otherwise specified by the customer to be sent via U.S. Postal service or other mailing options. At which point, there will be shipping fee incurred and the customer is responsible for.

The same term apply to our Services. In the term of Nag Genie, Services are done on our back-end by us, in a physical form however, Services are delivered as a Digital Service and Remote Services. Related to deliverables for the services provided this service will be delivered via Digital Download or sent via email.

Term of Service, regarding when a customer hires us for a Digital Service as such: All deliverable will be in the form of a Digital Product. All documents relating to policies and procedures will be in the form of a digital product. All services is done remotely and access to setting up these services will be done by us and therefore, there is no need for you to have access to our internal system. Since we will be handling these service fully and on the back-end side. Otherwise, only access which will be granted is related to the services that you sign up for. Our company have 7 days to set up services.

If we need to connect to any system that requires us to gain password access and/or authorization and this access is not granted to us. In order for us to complete the services you hired us for. We must have access to all systems related to the services you signed up for. No refund will be granted and you forfeit your refund if access is not given to us for the system we need access to within 24 hours. After an order is completed, and payments have been made in full. The first email correspondence will be sent confirming your order. A corresponding email will be sent thereafter, which, will request authorization to the system we need access to with any legal documents authorizing us via Docusign. The authorization request form is NOT legally binding in any way shape or form. It is just for access to the system and after our agreement is complete you can disable our access at anytime once the work is completed otherwise, if you decide to work with us on a month-to month basis or a longer term then you can give us privilege to the system for just the period of time we need access for. At which point, we will require access to a username and password. Access shall be given at the time within 24 hours.

Relating to Phone System access: we will require you to give us access to your phone system or you to give us authorization to contact the company handling your phone system to set up the phone forwarding your calls. Or you to contact your phone provider and request that they forward your calls to the number we will be giving you as the phone number you will be forwarding to. If we are working on any form of phone forward system and you don’t require us to be given any access.

Then to work alongside us we will need you to set up all services on your back-end office. If that is not an option relating to phone services. Then we will provide a phone number which will be forward to you us and we will set up your IVR with your contact information once you have purchase our service.

We would require you to forward calls to this number or add this number on your marketing materials such as your website, flyer, or business cards.

Any additional fees associated to the setting up of these service will be billed if there is additional term of service request.

If we are handling your email service, we will need access to your emails.
If we are handling your chat messages we will need access to your chat message.
If we are installing any software on your system such as chat messages we will need access to your website to install our chat button or live video calls.

Service Type

Service are on a monthly basis, hourly, weekly, biweekly, quarterly or yearly depends on how the customers want the services to be setup. This means customers will opt into these service as such:

This means that services will be paid for the entire month.

Or

These service will be paid for on a hourly basis. If service is paid for on a hourly basis this means that there will be a cumulative amount charged for the period of time the customer opt into be charged. According to the amount of hours the customer wants to hire us for.

It is difficult to calculate the amount of hours the customer want our service for. That’s why it’s imperative for the customer to request these services or pick a bulk service within their package.

All services is billed per service, per request, per the option chosen on the website. All service is expected to be paid for hourly, weekly or monthly base on the options the customer chooses on our website in a bulk form or hourly.

Service can be chosen in any form. For one hour of service. If service is chosen for one hour of work that equate to 60 minutes of work.

If the customer request one week of work. That equates to working business hours of 8 hours a day, for 7 days which equal to 56 hours of work in one week.

If the customer hires us for an entire month of work. This equates to 8 hours a day, for 7 days a week, for 30 days. There are on average for certain months out of a calendar year 4 weeks in a month. Therefor equating the hours worked on a monthly project to be 224 hours of work. You will be billed according to the exact amount of hours you hired us for.

In regards to bulk services:

On bulk services, on the Nag Genie website, is billed for the exact amount of time written on the website which is what the customer will pay for at the time they order our services.

The services related to the hourly service on some plans have a minimum amount of hours and will be billed according to that for the first service you order.

Any additional hours, weeks or month, or year will be billed according to the request of the customer.

Refunds:

If access is not granted to set up services and the customer does not provide the necessary access within 24 hours. Refunds will NOT be given.

Once service is started, and time in a matter of 1 minute of work has been spent on these services Refunds are not given.

Once deliverables has been sent via email, or digital download or sent via mail courier a refund will not be given.

Refund can only be given prior to any of these services starting. In this case, what this means is, the product has not been emailed, or digitally downloaded, or have been mailed out, or remote work has not been started. Then refund can be granted.

What does service not started mean. This mean from the time you purchase our product and service and we begin to work on your product and have send these products via email. Or begin to work on your product for 1 min of time these products will not be refunded.

Just to recap:

There are two forms of Products. Products are NOT physical product and deliverable will be sent via email unless otherwise specified by the customers.

Services will be delivered digitally or remotely which does not require the customer to sign up to our service or an account on our website unless to manage account activities. Such activities relate to communication with us to learn about the progress of the services you hire us for and when the services has been completed.

Email Communications:

Customers can always correspond with us and we will correspond upon receipt of purchase and when outlining the timeline to when services will be completely setup and/or when deliverable is sent once the work is completed.

It is the obligation of the customer to correspond with Nag Genie and request the items to be sent in a physical format otherwise the deliverable will be digital.

Any form of communication will be send for any request to the customer. You should receive a series of email request and correspondence otherwise.

Email correspondence will be sent relating to when services is requested by the customer. All communication will be consider opt in communication. Any and all communication from us will relate to marketing information sent from us relating to upcoming purchases or service offers.

How is services restarted or renewed?

Once the agreement for any services has reached it’s time of renewal or reached the end of it’s cycle we will notify you 3 days prior or send reminders informing you these service will be expiring. At such point, you can determine if you want to continue our service.

No services will be given a grace period, since all services requires manpower, administrative duties, money and time to set up these services. If a customer does not correspond to any of our communications and we do not hear back from the customer these services will be cancel immediately after the services has completed it’s full cycle; for the allotted time that the customer paid for.

We will not automatically bill a customer unless they opt in for us to do so via email or phone call requesting to be bill automatically.

Prior to disconnecting any service will try to call the customer, and sent out emails as well as mail out corresponding bills via U.S Postal service mail.

Request additional Services Under a Contractual Agreement Terms:

If the customer wants to extend services under a contractual agreement. And request to go into an agreement with a signed contract between Nag Genie and the customer then full disclosure and documents will be sent to the customer detailing the contract between the customer and Nag Genie.

This will be deliver via Docusign, unless otherwise noted by the customer in regards to how the contract is delivered.

Since our products and services is depended on the customer wants and needs, it is NOT the requirement of Nag Genie to initiate these offering. It is upon request of the customer to ask for service beyond a month to month service agreement, which does not require us to be under no contractual agreement relating to Digital Services.

Under no circumstances is it required that any of our services HAVE to be under a contractual agreement. Customers will opt into these contracts.

If the customer wants a contract of service and send us a request that they want these services to be longer than a month and under a contract. At which point the service agreement will change. And they will be obligated to a contractual agreement. All deliverables will be delivered as requested how the customer intended it to be delivered, by the party requesting this information.

Contractual agreement are not an obligation unless requested by the requester which is the customer.

Deliverable, Products and Services Delivery:

In regards to the Product and Services available on the Nag Genie Website the customer understand that these are Digital Products. That once an transaction has been made the deliverable will be delivered via email or Digital Download.

Upon request, if the customer request that the deliverables is to be delivered via postal mail they must send a email requesting this information. At which time, we will begin the process to deliver the requested product or service as requested by the customer via United State Postal Service or whichever courier services they request. At which point the customer will be billed any additional fees for the delivery of these products. Otherwise all products or services will be delivered Digitally or remotely.

If opt in by the customer remote monitoring can be done by the customer to monitor that work is being completed.

Customers has to opt in to request any agreement or standards set upon the customer requirements and request. Such standard are related to month-to-month, services or more longer term services which is something the customer will opt in for.

We are not intended to provide any of these services nor agreement unless the customer request them.

Since the Products and Services on the Nag Genie website are digital products. It does not require us to ship any product or service unless the customer request this information to be sent out and they have paid for the necessary fees to ship these items. Otherwise, every product will be delivered via email or Digital Download. All deliverables is provided in digital format.

When a customer request that information is to be delivered via postal mail at which point the shipping fee will be added to the final cost of the product or as an additional cost that is billed separately.

Policies will be updated as needed, and accordingly as standards are set to meet the need of the customer or Nag Genie.
