About the Job:

The Corporate Account Executive is a hunter-focused role responsible for driving net new business and expanding existing accounts within the mid-market segment. This role requires strong outbound prospecting instincts, the ability to self-generate pipeline, and a proven track record of quota attainment in a SaaS environment. LaunchDarkly is looking for product-oriented, customer-focused, sales-driven individuals to help expand our Corporate AE team. You'll work directly with a manager, sales engineers, and other resources to help customers successfully test, purchase, and adopt LaunchDarkly.

Responsibilities:

• Self-generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting into ICP target accounts (this is a core skill for the role, not a supporting one).

• Articulate and sell the value of LaunchDarkly’s' platform subscriptions

• Prepare for and run discovery sessions with new prospects to surface LaunchDarkly's core use cases and the value of the usage-based pricing model

• Customize and deliver demos with the Solutions Engineering team

• Run proofs of concept for prospects

• Own, build, and grow relationships with existing customers — driving product adoption and uncovering new expansion opportunities

• Consistently hit revenue targets and accurately forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

• Educate, evangelize, and guide customers through successful adoption of LaunchDarkly

• Deliver customer feedback to our product and engineering teams

• Keep all data current across SFDC, Outreach, Nooks, Pocus, and Claude

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of closing experience

• Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota

About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and expand Vega, our AI-powered platform that surfaces insights and automates actions across LaunchDarkly products. This is a greenfield opportunity: you'll help evolve Vega from an Observability-focused assistant into a cross-product platform that serves Feature Management customers and powers a new, usage-based SKU.

You'll build the APIs, services, and agent infrastructure that make Vega and the whole Observability platform broadly valuable—enabling capabilities like AI-driven dashboard creation, flag cleanup automation, and safe, sandboxed agent execution. You'll work primarily in Go services and data pipelines at significant scale, and collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to shape how AI capabilities land across LaunchDarkly. Additionally, you'll work on other Enterprise-grade capabilities for the Observability platform to help drive customer activation and success.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship backend features across the Vega platform (APIs, Go services, agent infrastructure, and data pipelines)

• Own features end-to-end: from prototype and API design through production rollout and iteration

• Operate high-throughput data systems and keep them reliable, performant, and cost-efficient at scale

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers across Observability and Feature Management

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews, contributing to sound trade-off decisions

• Write well-tested, maintainable code and promote best practices for quality, observability, and reliability

• Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative, high-trust engineering culture

• Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of production reliability for your features

What You'll Work On

• Expand Vega beyond Observability into Feature Management, including the flag cleanup agent as a cross-product capability

• Design and operate safe, sandboxed AI agent execution infrastructure—isolation, resource limits, permissions, and auditability

• Support enterprise capabilities for the Observability platform: building data import and export pipelines to connect O11y to other platforms and enabling new customer workflows

• Build a platform that other teams can contribute to—defining contribution patterns, shared services, and APIs for agent capabilities

• Power dashboard creation via natural language prompts, extending existing Vega infrastructure with new tools, context, and evaluation

• Build the metering and usage pipelines that enable a usage-based monetization model for Vega

• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards across the Observability and Vega teams

About You:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production-quality backend systems

• Proficient in Go (or a similar language like Java, Rust, or C++) and experienced designing APIs and distributed services

• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features, agents, or AI-driven workflows

• Experience with data-intensive systems—streaming pipelines, columnar stores (e.g., ClickHouse), or high-volume ingest is a strong plus

• Strong product instincts: you care about how your systems are used and can translate ambiguous requirements into clean, well-scoped solutions

• Collaborative and communicative—you work well across teams and functions, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, feature flagging, or observability tooling is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

As a Clinical Documentation Quality Improvement (CDQI) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the impact of our medical record documentation. You will conduct daily evaluations and engage in direct communication with providers to enhance documentation clarity, completeness, and overall medical record quality. By ensuring accurate and comprehensive physician documentation, you will be at the forefront of influencing the precision of code assignment, making a tangible difference in the accuracy of healthcare data. What You Will Do:

• Conduct timely, accurate, and complete documentation reviews for selected inpatient records, addressing inadequate or conflicting documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to ensure appropriate reimbursement and clinical severity for DRG-based payer patients.

• Demonstrate understanding of complications, co-morbidities, severity of illness, risk of mortality, case mix index, secondary diagnoses, and procedure impact on DRG.

• Improve coding specificity by educating physicians and caregivers on the importance of clear documentation throughout a patient's stay.

• Follow AHA guidelines and coding clinics for accurate coding and required documentation to ensure compliance.

• Query physicians regarding missing, unclear, or conflicting health record documentation to obtain necessary details.

• Maintain daily production logs for evaluation, tracking cases reviewed, queries placed/responded, etc.

• Perform follow-up reviews to confirm recorded points of clarification in the patient's medical record.

• Ensure confidentiality of all files, documents, and records.

• Meet or exceed production and quality metrics.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of CDI experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in an academic medical center

• Registered Nurse license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• CCDS or CDIP certification required

• Must pass a CDI skills competency assessment

The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is:

$40—$45 USD

As VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations, you will lead our IT strategy and operations across delivery depots, engineering labs, and corporate offices and subsidiaries. Responsibilities
