Partners may introduce qualified people, employers, services, or capacity. NagGenie records the relationship and routes the next action to the appropriate role; a referral never silently creates a duplicate person or bypasses approval.
Recruiters validate candidate associations, Employers review hiring needs, Candidates complete their own application and acceptance steps, and Admin/Super Admin teams manage privilege, approval, and audit history.
Partner accounts have a dedicated sign-in and dashboard. Access is limited to approved partnership records and does not grant access to compensation, payroll, private Candidate documents, or Employer records outside an authorized workflow.
